Every JBM heating job gets a named lead engineer who starts it and finishes it, work checked at every stage, and a full handover: commissioning paperwork, Gas Safe certificates and the manufacturer warranty registered on the day. We’re mid-range to luxury and we’re not shy about it – your boiler gets sized for the house, not for the invoice. Workmanship defects are acknowledged the same day and put right free.

Commercial heating
Developers, portfolio landlords, HMOs, care homes and offices. Cascade boiler systems for larger loads, commercial hot water with secondary returns, plant rooms, gas supply upgrades sized for actual load, and a full O&M handover pack.
Planned maintenance too – reactive maintenance is expensive maintenance – with boilers serviced before winter and out-of-hours cover agreed up front for maintenance clients. Getting the hot water strategy right in an HMO is a design problem, not a plumbing one: our 4-bed, 4-bathroom HMO in Stoke handles a forty-minute peak demand window every weekday morning, and nobody in that house has ever had a cold shower. Where we work
Wolverhampton, Telford and Shrewsbury are our home patch, and most of our week is spent there and in the towns and villages around them. We also work right across Staffordshire – Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Cannock, Rugeley, Lichfield and Burton upon Trent – and the wider Midlands, including Walsall, Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Solihull and Derby. For larger bathroom and commercial projects we’ll travel further still.
