Bathrooms are what we do best
JBM Heating & Plumbing Ltd is a full-service heating, gas and plumbing company, but bathrooms are the heart of it – where we put our best people, our best thinking and most of our week. Some jobs are a single family bathroom in a 1930s semi. Some are eighteen bathrooms in a luxury barn conversion. The standard is the same either way: tiling set out properly, the shower tray falling the right way, pipework where it should be, and a room that still feels like a good decision three winters from now.
Everything under one roof, and one company to answer to
The reason bathroom projects go wrong is almost never the tiles – it’s the gaps between trades. We don’t work that way. JBM handles the lot: strip-out, first fix plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling, second fix, glass, decoration and clean. Gas Safe registered for any boiler or heating work the job needs. One contract, one price, one company to ring.
How we work
1. FREE QUOTATION
Send us photos of the room on WhatsApp for a realistic ballpark. For a full bathroom we’ll then book a free home survey: we measure up and look at what’s actually there – joists, soil stack, boiler, water pressure — and talk honestly about what your space can and can’t do.
2. DESIGN & QUOTATION
A clear written quote with the specification on it. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying for. Free, and yours to keep.
3. FIT
Dust sheets down, floors protected, tidy site every night, and the work checked at every stage rather than only at the end.
4. HANDOVER
Everything demonstrated, all certificates and warranties handed over in a pack. If something isn’t right and it’s our workmanship, we acknowledge it the same day and put it right free.

Commercial bathrooms
Developers, landlords, HMOs, care homes, hotels and offices – programmed, phased and compliant. Recent work includes the 18-bathroom barn conversion at The Barns, Stafford, sequenced so the developer’s programme held; a 12-bed care home conversion in Macclesfield with accessible bathing, anti-scald valves and every certificate for the operator’s registration file; and a 4-bed, 4-bathroom HMO in Stoke-on-Trent, built to be let. Domestic spec fails in eighteen months in an HMO or hotel – we specify commercial-grade brassware and traffic-rated floors that survive being used. Priced from your drawings or a free site survey.
What a bathroom costs
Nobody likes a page that dodges the question. A straightforward refurbishment keeping the existing layout is the lowest entry point. A full renovation with a moved layout, new soil connections and floor-to-ceiling tiling sits meaningfully higher. Luxury and bespoke is a different conversation again. The variables are almost always the same three: how much you’re moving, how much you’re tiling, and the specification of what goes on the wall. We’ll walk you through all three at survey and tell you where the money is best spent – and, just as often, where it isn’t.
Where we work
Wolverhampton, Telford and Shrewsbury are our home patch, and most of our week is spent there and in the towns and villages around them. We also work right across Staffordshire – Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Cannock, Rugeley, Lichfield and Burton upon Trent – and the wider Midlands, including Walsall, Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Solihull and Derby. For larger bathroom and commercial projects we’ll travel further still.
